  • If you do not receive your purchased virtual items within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  • If the items delivered are substantially different from what was advertised or purchased.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The customer has successfully received the virtual items as described.
  • The customer provided an incorrect Roblox username and the items were delivered to that username.
  • More than 7 days have passed since the delivery of the virtual items.
  • The customer has violated our Terms of Service.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if only some of the purchased items were not delivered or did not meet expectations. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our support team.

5. Payment Processing Fees

Please note that payment processing fees (typically 2-3% of the transaction amount) may be deducted from your refund amount as these fees are charged to us by payment processors and are non-refundable to us.
